筹备安排：

1. 2023年10月1日至2024年5月1日为征文阶段（论文，著作，产品，参加硅谷东方医学奖不限于癌症），投稿可以用中文或中英文或英文。

2. 2024年5月1日至6月1日确定大会主题演讲人。

3. 2024年8月确定第二届硅谷东方医学奖获奖人名单。

相关事宜：

1. 大会欢迎世界各地专家、学者，出任大会组委会共同主席、副主席、组织委员。组委会正式名单将在2024年6月颁布。

2. 大会欢迎世界各地中医药机构出任协办机构。

3. 大会欢迎世界各地，中西医或社会各界人士出任义工（包括现场和线上）

费用：

1. 本届大会投稿者、或是担任评奖者，一律免费，大会不接受任何对评奖的赞助，包括个人或是机构。

2. 大会注册费一天50美金，两天80美金。现场与线上一样。

3. 需要加州或全美继续教育学分，每学分10美金，两种都要则为12美金。美国以外地区，每学分10美金。线上、线下、预录课同价。9学分免1天注册费，18学分免两天注册费。

4. 不需要继续教育学分，只需缴纳大会注册费。

5. 参加大会商展，每展台一天收费500美金，两天收费800美金。

6. 参加大会义诊不收费，但必需经过组委会核准。

【伤寒论】经方经过2000多年的考验，证明是非常有效的。即便是在新冠病毒引发的瘟疫期间，【伤寒论】经方对治疗大量新冠患者也发挥了重要作用。事实上，【伤寒论】经方已经远不止运用于外感热病的治疗，已经更广泛地运用于多种慢性病和疑难病症。如何将【伤寒论】经方运用到现代临床，特别是如何结合美国实际情况运用？本讲座将会给大家一个既深入探讨经方、又十分接地气的体验。

讲师介绍：

千帆大学的麻仲学医生是加州针灸执照和全美针灸证书，博士毕业于北京中医药大学，硕士毕业于河南中医药大学，本科毕业于青海大学医学院。他在中国学医和行医20余年，又在美国行医20余年，因此可以将【伤寒论】经方从中国临床结合到美国临床，使得经方非常方便在加州和全美中医掌握和运用。

COURSE DESCRIPTION

There are different opinions about what should beconsidered the classic prescriptionof Chinese medicine. As far as modern clinical practicality is concerned, Dr. Jeffrey Zhongxue Mah believes that the classic prescription of traditional Chinese medicine should include four parts: classic prescription of Shang Han, classic prescription of JinGui, classic prescription of Wen Bing, and classic prescription of ShiFang. To this end, he created the New Classic Herbal Prescription (NCHP) system. Through the study of the ecumenicalclassics, Chinese doctors will no longer be limited to a certain part of the classics or limit the clinical multidimensional thinking space. NCHP is especially helpful for Chinese medicine practitioners who are new to Chinese medicine or have insufficient clinical practice, as restricting to a certain type of traditional Chinese medicine may greatly limit future development.

The NCHP system is based on Dr. Jeffrey Zhongxue Mah's clinical practice in China and the United States for more than 20 years and the training classes have been very well received.

There are four levels of the courses from lever D to lever A. This is level D course.

Length of the Course

Total hours of the course: 25 hours

Sequence and Frequency of the Lessons

It is the Level D, or initial level courses to learn in the entire New Classic Herbal Prescription Specialist. Because it is pre-recorded, students can listen to the lesson repeatedly at any time during the entire learning process.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

After this course, student will:

Ø Develop a working understanding of new classical prescriptions.

Ø Understand the application history of Jing fang in ancient and modern times

Ø Master the clinical application skills of the classic prescription in Shang Han Lun.

Evaluation of Outcome

Students who attend the entire class of 25 hours need to attend a test that passing sore is 70%
